Pork Lungs in Chili Sauce

The legend of Pork Lungs in Chili Sauce can date back to the 1930s. Guo Chaohua and his wife ran a restaurant, serving a delicious dish called Lung Slice, which was well received by customers. Hence people named it "Fuqi Feipian", which literally means "Couple Lung Slices". Served as a cold dish, beautiful in color, soft and tender, aromatic and spicy, it is one of the most famous dishes of Sichuan.

Han Bao Zi

The former name of Han Bao Zi was 'Yulong Yuan Pastry Restaurant' (Yulong Mian Shi Dian) run by the Hans, later the Hans changed its name to "Han Bao Zi".
