General Affairs and Coordination Division:
---to liaise with the Joint Council, the Joint Executive Board of ACC and related government agencies of ASEAN Member States and China;
---to develop annual plan of operation, work program and budget;
---to develop associates;
---to organize major events;
---to draft rules and regulations governing finance, staff and administrative affairs.
Trade and Investment Division:
---to undertake studies toward economic situation and laws of trade and investment in ASEAN and China, disseminate related information, and provide consulting service to investors and companies;
---to assist government agencies in promoting trade and investment facilitation and awareness of policies of ASEAN-China Free Trade Area;
---to monitor and survey market and investment environment, organize trade and investment fairs and exchange activities, introduce products and assist investors and companies in seeking business partners.
Education, Culture and Tourism Division:
---to undertake studies toward laws and regulations on education, culture and tourism, and provide consulting services;
---to promote setting up scholarships, education cooperation and cultural exchange activities;
---to organize tourism promotion activities in various manners.
Information and Public Relations Division:
--- to liaise with media from ASEAN countries and China;
---to increase public awareness of the Centre and its activities through publications, website, and PR activities;
---to arrange and manage Permanent Exhibition Hall;
---to maintain and update the official website of the Centre.
