Secretary-General Ma Mingqiang Met with Commercial Counsellor and Agricultural Counsellor of the Embassy of the Philippines

On April 20th, Commercial Counsellor Mr. Zafrullah G. Masahud, Agricultural Counsellor Mr. Victoriano B. Leviste and his group from the Embassy of the Philippines paid a courtesy call to the ASEAN-China Centre and exchanges views with Secretary-General Ma Mingqiang.
