Secretary-General Ma Mingqiang met with Director of SEAMEO Secretariat

On 17 September 2012, Secretary-General Ma Mingqiang met with Dr. Witaya Jeradechakul, Director of the SEAMEO Secretariat in Guiyang, Guizhou Province. Both sides recalled their first encounter in May 2012 and the development of relations between the ACC and SEAMEO. Mr. Ma Mingqiang and Dr. Witaya renewed their commitment to be each other’s gateway, and explored possibilities of signing an MOU between the two organisations, in order to better serve the needs of closer education cooperation among China and Southeast Asian countries.
