ACC Staff Attending the ASEAN+3 Village Leaders Exchange Program

On 8-12 April 2013， the ASEAN+3 Village Leaders Exchange Program was held in Chengdu, Sichuan province. The program was hosted by ASEAN Senior Officials Meeting on Rural Development and Poverty Eradication, organized by International Poverty Reduction Centre in China (IPRCC) and Sichuan Provincial Poverty Reduction and Immigration Bureau, co-sponsored by ASEAN Secretariat and Ministry of Rural Development (Malaysia). Invited by IPRCC, the ACC sent staff to participate this program.

A total of 60 villages leaders，government officials, experts and scholars from ASEAN countries and China participated the program and exchanges views on management and development of rural area.

The ACC would strengthen cooperation with IPRCC and work together to promote the exchange and cooperation between China and ASEAN countries.
