On 15-20 May 2013, upon the invitation of Sabah Economic Development and Investment Authority (SEDIA), the ACC Secretary General Ma Mingqiang led a Chinese business delegation to visit Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. Datuk Dr. Mohd Yaakub Johari, Chief Executive of SEDIA, held talks with Mr. Ma Mingqiang and briefed the delegation on the SDC tax incentives package.
