Secretary-General Ma Mingqiang Attended ASEAN-China Light Industry Fair

The 10th ASEAN-China Light Industry Fair opened in Nanning, Guangxi on 4 September. Vice Chairman Peng Zhao of the CPPCC Guangxi Committee, ACC Secretary-General Ma Mingqiang, Mayor Zhou Hongbo of Nanning and ASEAN representatives attended the opening ceremony. 

Thanks to the joint efforts of China and ASEAN, the Light Industry Fair, popular with the business community, has been making continuous progress, which gives a strong boost to the close cooperation between the light industries of the two sides, the growing trade in the light industry and the economic growth. This year, there was continued interest and active participation in the fair of China, ASEAN and countries beyond the region, with a notable increase in participating businesses.
