H.E. Mrs.Erlinda F. Basilio, Ambassador of the Republic of Philippines in China, handed over a Philippino indigenous musical instrument “Hegelung” to Mr. Ma Mingqiang, Secretary-General of ASEAN-China Centre on December 13, 2013. The musical instrument is donated to ASEAN-China Centre by the Philippino National Commission for Culture and the Arts for permanent exhibition. After the handover ceremony, Mr. Ma exchanged views with Ambassador Basilio on ACC’s recent work and how to promote the cooperation between ACC and the Philippines.
