ACC Co-organized Tianjin-Danang Chartered Flight Launch Ceremony

On 24 December 2014, ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) together with Tianjin Binhai International Airport, Tianjin Tourism Administration, Viet Nam Tourism Association and Viet Nam & Cambodia Adventure, co-organized a ceremony marking a launch of Tianjin-Danang chartered flight. ACC’s Tourism Officer Wu Dawei was invited to attend the ceremony. He said ACC was committed to promoting ASEAN and China tourism cooperation and was pleased to see that more partners were involved. ACC would work together with all tourism stakeholders to consolidate the growth of the markets between China and Viet Nam. Located in the middle of Viet Nam and surrounded by 3 world heritage sites, Danang is the 3rd largest city and the largest coastal city of Viet Nam, and renowned for its 30-kilometer long coastal line. The new chartered flight will be the first one departing from Tianjin to Danang, scheduled to be inaugurated on 25 January 2015. It flight time is 4 hours, and the flight will make it more convenient for people in Tianjin and its surrounding areas to travel to Viet Nam. Around 100 local agents attended the event and learned about the new service.
