Meeting among Secretariats of ACC, AJC and AKC

On 14 May 2015, the 6th informal meeting among Secretariats of ASEAN-China Centre (ACC), ASEAN-Japan Centre (AJC) and ASEAN-Korea Centre (AKC) was convened on the sidelines of the 11th Meeting of the ASEAN Senior Officials on Culture and Arts (SOMCA)  in Jakarta, Indonesia. Mr. Tri Purnajaya, Director of Education, Culture and Tourism Division (ECTD) of ACC, Mr. Dananjaya Axioma, Acting Secretary-General and Director of Tourism and Exchange Division of AJC, Ambassador Kim Young-sun, Secretary-General of AKC, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, representatives of the Secretariats shared each respective activities, exchanged views and explored the possibilities for joint efforts in promoting cooperation with the ASEAN Secretariat in some programmes. The meeting also discussed potential areas in which the three Centres could collaborate, such as culture, information and experience sharing.
