On 28 August 2015, ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) Secretary-General H.E. Mme. Yang Xiuping met with Mr. Duan Tao, CPPCC Member of Jiangsu Province and President of Wuxi Software Industry Association.
President Duan introduced that, Wuxi Software Industry Association was committed to create a model for comprehensive and multi-level international project cooperation, by which it could promote the competitive high-tech Chinese products to international market, and therefore help strengthen the ties among relevant enterprises for their economic and technology cooperation. Next step, the Association would like to have a closer cooperation with China’s neighboring countries including ASEAN. In this connection, ACC’s support would be highly appreciated.
Secretary-General Yang Xiuping remarked that, ASEAN-China high-tech cooperation was facing broad prospects and had great potential. She hoped the Association could seize the opportunity to push ASEAN-China economic and technology cooperation to a new height. ACC, as a one-stop information and activities centre, would make every effort to provide facilitation to the enterprises of both sides.
