LAGUNA PROVINCE, Feb. 24, 2016 (Xinhua) -- Workers assemble electric motor-powered tricycles or e-Trikes at a production line in Laguna Province, the Philippines, Feb. 24, 2016. The 3,000 units of e-Trikes will be deployed within the year through a joint project between the Philippine Department of Energy and the Asian Development Bank.
