Cultural Officials Attending the 10th 10+3 Workshop on Cooperation for Human Resource Development Visited ACC

On 19 July 2016, officials attending the 10th 10+3 Workshop on Cooperation for Cultural Human Resource Development paid a visit to ASEAN-China Centre (ACC). The Workshop was organized by the Ministry of Culture of China, supported by ACC and presented by Central Academy of Cultural Administration. Mme. Zhou Meifen, Director of International Cooperation of the Academy, Mr. Tri Purnajaya, Director and Mr. Sun Jianhua, Deputy Director of Education, Culture and Tourism Division (ECTD), Mr. Mouavixay Palee, Deputy Director of Trade and Investment (TID) and other representatives of ACC attended this activity. 

Director Purnajaya welcomed the delegation and briefed on ACC’s mandate and development. Representatives from each division introduced their respective functions and achievements ACC has made in trade, investment, education, culture, tourism as well as information and public relations since its inception, and answered questions raised by the delegates.

Deputy Director Sun Jianhua also discussed with the delegates at the second session of the meeting focusing on ASEAN-China pragmatic cooperation on arts and cultural capacity cooperation, and listened widely to the views from the delegates in this regard.

The delegates appreciated ACC’s hospitality and said that they had deep impression and gained great knowledge on ACC’s active role and achievements in strengthening ASEAN-China pragmatic cooperation. They also expressed their willingness to cooperate with ACC in the future especially on regional arts seminar and exhibition exchanges.
