ACC Attended the Press Conference of 2018 China National Robotics Development Forum & 2018 RoboCup China Open

On 24 March 2018, Mr. Guo Chuanwei, Director of Trade and Investment Division of ASEAN-China Centre(ACC)，attended the press conference of 2018 China National Robotics Development Forum & 2018 RoboCup China Open in Beijing National Conference Centre.

The event was co-hosted by Chinese Association of Automation (CAA), Shaoxing Municipal Government and Keqiao District Government. Mr. Wang Feiyue, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of CAA, and local government officials including Mr. Xu Xiaoguang, Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Shaoxing Municipal Committee, and Mr. Shen Zhijiang, Secretary of the CPC Keqiao District Committee, attended the event and gave speeches on artificial intelligence and robotic technology.

Mr. Zhou Shuseng, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Keqiao District Committee, briefed on the business environment for innovation and entrepreneurship as well as related policies of Shaoxing Golden Keqiao Sci-Tech City (Industry Park for Zhejiang One Thousand Talent Program). All the participants witnessed the launching of the 3rd Shaoxing Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest for High-Level Talents.

The year 2018 marks the 15th anniversary of ASEAN-China strategic partnership and is designated as the ASEAN-China Year of Innovation. ACC will pay close attention to the exchanges and cooperation on ASEAN-China innovation and facilitate the complementarity of innovation-driven development of China and innovation-driven growth of ASEAN to elevate ASEAN-China strategic partnership to a new height.
