ACC Secretary-General Chen Dehai Met With Deputy Director-General of Harbin Foreign and Overseas Affairs Office

On 23 April 2019, ACC Secretary-General Chen Dehai met with Mr. Xu Guangwei, Deputy Director-General of Harbin Foreign and Overseas Affairs Office and his delegation.The two sides had an extensive exchange of views on strengthening exchanges and cooperation between ASEAN and Harbin in various areas including education, culture and tourism.
