On 7 November 2019, ACC Secretary-General Chen Dehai met with Mr. Shen Guofang, the First Vice Chairman of China FoundationforInternationalStudies(CFIS), Mr.Ning Fukui and Mr. Guan Huabing, former Chinese ambassadors to ASEAN countries. The two sides exchanged views on how to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and ASEAN think tanks.
