​Mayor of Hulunbuir City Met with ACC Representative

On the afternoon of 20 September 2020, Ms. Jiang Hong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hulunbuir Municipal Committee and Mayor of Hulunbuir, met with Mr. Guo Chuanwei, Director of the Trade and Investment Division of ASEAN-China Centre (ACC). Mayor Jiang Hong gave a comprehensive presentation of the city’s nature and ecology, history and culture, resources, opening-up and international cooperation, unique products and industries with distinctive local features. She hoped that ACC could play a bridging role in the cooperation between Hulunbuir and ASEAN countries in various fields such as trade and investment, tourism and exhibition economy.
Director Guo Chuanwei briefed on ACC’s mandates and functions, and expressed willingness to facilitate practical cooperation between Hulunbuir and ASEAN countries. Apart from business cooperation, efforts will be made to strive for new breakthroughs in cooperation on green development and ecological conservation.
Also present at the meeting were Mr. Bai Hailin, Deputy Mayor of Hulunbuir, Mr. Guo Ping, Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, Mr. Kou Ziming, Director of the Municipal Development and Reform Committee, Mr. Qi Dianli, Director of the Municipal Culture Tourism Broadcasting and Television Bureau, Mr. Cao Fengchun, President of the Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Mr. Zang Zhuqiang, Mayor of Yakeshi City.
