ACC Representative Attendedthe Online Meeting of ASEAN Tourism Promotion

On 3 March 2021, the meeting of ASEAN Tourism Promotion, chaired by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB),was held online.  The representativesof ASEAN Secretariat, ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) and relevant promotion partners attended the meeting by video link. 

The representative of the ASEAN Secretariat introduced the new strategic thrusts and measures for ASEAN tourism promotion in the current and post COVID-19 situations. He hoped to synergize work plans with all relevant partners, strengthen exchanges and jointly revitalize regional tourism. ACC representative introduced the flagship tourism projects of the year and the ongoing Chinese tour guide training and online tourism promotional campaigns. All participants hope to strengthen liaison and coordination with the ASEAN Secretariat and ACC to jointly organize tourism promotion activities.
