ACC Secretary-General Chen Dehai Congratulated on Seminar on Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilisation

On 18 April 2022, Seminar on Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilisation was held in Sanming, Fujian Province. Mr. Chen Dehai, Secretary-General of the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC), sent a letter to the seminar to congratulate on its opening. He pointed out that ecological civilisation is a beautiful vision advocated by China and is also the common aspiration of mankind. It is believed that the profound and rich ideas shared by the attendees at the seminar will help the world to better understand the “green code” of the beautiful China.

The seminar is co-sponsored by Fujian Research Center for Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era (Xi Jinping Thought), the Research Center for Xi Jinping Thought of the Chinese Central Party School and the Research Center for Xi Jinping Thought of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Secretary of CPC Fujian Committee Yin Li, Secretary of Party Leading Group of Chinese Ministry of Ecology and Environment Sun Jinlong and Vice Minister of Publicity Department of CPC Central Committee Sun Yeli attended the opening ceremony and made addresses. The United Nations Environment Programme, International Network for Bamboo and Rattan, ACC, Chinese Missions to ASEAN and other institutions sent video messages and congratulatory letters to the seminar.
