SG Shi Zhongjun Meets with President of the NCPA

On the morning of 25 September, H.E. Secretary General Shi Zhongjun of the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) meets with Mr. Wang Ning, Secretary of CPC Leading Group of the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) and President of the NCPA. Taking the ASEAN-China Year of People-to-People Exchanges next year as an opportunity, the two sides exchanged views on enhancing mutual support and coordination, initiating new projects together and making joint efforts to promote ASEAN-China people-to-people exchanges, such as inviting ASEAN Member States (AMS) ambassadors and diplomats to attend concerts or performances in NCPA, inviting artists from AMS to attend festivals in NCPA in the future. Director Hadi Tjahjono of Education, Culture and Tourism Division of the ACC, Vice President Mr. Li Zhixiang, and Vice President Mrs. Zhu Jing of NCPA were present at the meeting.
