The First ASEAN Students My Story with China Short Video Event Successfully Held

On January 6, 2024, the first “My Story with China” Chinese Short Video Display Event for ASEAN students in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was successfully held at Tianjin Normal University. Dignitaries such as Secretary-General Shi Zhongjun of the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC), H.E. Ambassador Djauhari Oratmangun of Indonesia to China, and Vice Mayor Zhang Ling of Tianjin and Director General Ma Jianfei of Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) of Chinese Ministry of Education graced and addressed the event.

The event was jointly carried out under the guidance of the ACC and CLEC by Tianjin Normal University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, and Hebei Normal University with the support of relevant departments. This event is aimed to enhance the relationship between Chinese and ASEAN students and fully demonstrated the profound friendship between the two sides. The ACC will continue to cooperate with governments and relevant parties to jointly support friendly youth exchanges and consolidate the youth foundation under the framework of ASEAN-China comprehensive strategic partnership.
