On 2 February 2024, the launching ceremony of the 2024 ASEAN-China Year of People-to-people Exchanges (ACYPPE) was held in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. Secretary General Shi Zhongjun of the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) was invited to attend the ceremony and the related activities.
