The ACC Hosts a Delegation from Communication University of China

     On 11 July 2024, Secretary General Shi Zhongjun of the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) hosted a student delegation of Summer Program for Future Elites of Competency in International and Regional Communication from Communication University of China (CUC) at the ACC. SG Shi had a cordial exchange of views with the students, briefed them on the robust growth of the ASEAN-China comprehensive strategic partnership, and encouraged them to deepen their understanding of ASEAN-China relations, keep abreast with the progress of cooperation between both sides, and make the best of their expertise to better tell real and vivid stories about ASEAN-China friendship and cooperation, so as to add more strength to building a closer ASEAN-China community of shared future. 

       During the event, representatives from the ACC's divisions had heated interactions with the visitors by answering questions from the floor. The students all cherished the visit as a good opportunity to enhance their understanding of ASEAN-China relations and acquire a sharpened vision of the ACC's pivotal role as a bridge for ASEAN-China cooperation and exchanges. Some students also looked forward to having future internship opportunities at the ACC, so as to involved themselves into the process of advancing ASEAN-China friendship.
