On 12 August 2024, the ASEAN-China Week (ACW) 2024 was successfully opened in Changzhi City of Shanxi Province. A series of events such as the Shanxi-ASEAN Exhibition of Intangible Heritage & Cultural Creations, ASEAN-China (Shanxi) Trade and Investment Promotion Seminar, ASEAN-China (Shanxi) Exchanges on Culture, Tourism and Youth Development, and Stories of Amity and Harmony: A Symphonic Concert were held under the framework of ACW2024, which were well received and appraised by the ASEAN guests and the local communities in Shanxi.
