From 1 to 4 November 2024, Secretary General Shi Zhongjun of the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) was invited to attend and address the Jakarta Forum on ASEAN-China Relations and took working visits in Indonesia. During this visit, he called on Secretary-General Dr. Kao Kim Hourn of ASEAN in Jakarta, hosted a luncheon meeting with the Committee of Permanent Representatives (CPR) to ASEAN, met with H.E. Sidharto R. Suryodipuro, Director General for ASEAN Cooperation and SOM Leader for ASEAN Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Indonesia, and respectively met with Chinese Ambassador Wang Lutong to Indonesia and Chinese Ambassador Hou Yanqi to ASEAN.
