ACC Secretary-General Paid Courtesy Call on Minister of Industry and Commerce of Laos
On 5 September 2016, ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) Secretary-General H.E. Mme. Yang Xiuping paid courtesy call on H.E. Mme. Khemmani Pholsena, Minister of Industry and Commerce of Lao PDR in Vientiane. Mr. Phouvieng, Deputy Director-General of Cooperation and Planning Department, and Mr. Saysana Sayakone, Deputy Director-General of Foreign Trade Policy Department of the Ministry attended the meeting.
Thailand's economy forecasted to grow at 3.0 to 3.5 percent

According to the National Economic and Social Development Board of Thailand, Thailand's economy is forecasted to grow in the range of 3.0 to 3.5 percent in 2016 following its Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growing by 3.5 percent in the second quarter.
